How it works

Four chapters, one afternoon.

What used to take an agency a week of phone calls now fits between the school run and dinner.

Speak with the Concierge

Your note

Sec 3, A-Math.

Thursdays after 6pm.

Around S$70/h.

Chapter I

You write to us once.

From your account, in your own words — WhatsApp and Telegram are on their way. The Concierge asks about the subject, the school, the timetable, the budget, and what a good result would look like — then stops asking. Five minutes, no form, no phone call from a coordinator at dinnertime.

If your child could share a class with two or three schoolmates, say so. That single answer can halve your rate.

Candidate A

Ranked, anonymised

Candidate B

Ranked, anonymised

Candidate C

Ranked, anonymised

Chapter II

The shortlist arrives without names.

Within hours: every tutor on our books who genuinely fits, ranked, each shown as Candidate A, B, C with their record, rate and standing. No photographs, no salesmanship. You say yes to the ones worth approaching and no to the rest.

Anonymity cuts both ways — tutors are judged on evidence, and your family stays private until you choose.

Tutor

Interested — thank you.

Agreed

Chapter III

Both sides agree, then we step back.

We approach your picks. A tutor answers with one tap, because we already checked the fit before asking. On a mutual yes we make the introduction, arrange the first month, and take 25% of it — once. From month two the money is yours and the tutor’s.

Any question you want to ask a candidate first passes through us, word for word, contact details excepted.

Chapter IV

We keep measuring what matters.

Every few weeks we ask each family five short questions, and we watch the signals nobody can fake — whether families renew, how long they stay. That evidence becomes each tutor’s Laurel Index. It rises and falls monthly, and no tutor can write their own.

Chapter one takes five minutes.

WhatsApp and Telegram service is on its way; your account here already works.
